Fortunately, there is digitalization, and we at Obermann Consulting use it during the crisis to offer our services remotely. To conduct our remote ACs, we combine two tools that offer maximum user-friendliness for both our clients and us: The video conferencing system used in your organization (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Skype, etc.) and our „AC App“.
ASSESSMENT APPLICATION »AC APP«
The „AC App“ is a browser-based application (web app) that does not require any software installations. Observers of the AC are given individual access and are guided through the process by the AC moderator. The handling of the assessment and evaluation is significantly simplified and shortened.
- Hardly any loss of the dynamic AC atmosphere due to high HD video/audio quality
- Complete mapping of the AC reality in the digital room:
- Virtual rooms as preparation room and execution room
- Provision of documents
- Digital flip chart use
We use a browser-based application (web app) that does not require any software installations. Participants are invited via an individual meeting ID, which is delivered by mail or text message. We provide end-to-end encryption of all meetings.
