Accordingly, we orient our leadership trainings to a systematically thought-out framework model, which at all times provides an orientation guide for the participants of the leadership trainings. Depending on the needs of an organization, the 3×2 model can be scaled. This allows us to respond, for example, to the fact that a varying degree of uncertainty due to pressure to change brings with it an equally varying need for training content on the topic of agility. This scalability can of course be used in relation to many other leadership topics. Seminars on lateral leadership or change management take place within an equally logical orientation framework, which is spanned by controlling, binding and developing employees, superiors and colleagues, but with sensitively balanced weighting.
