Our company founder, Prof. Dr. Christof Obermann, has been one of the pioneers of the methodology since the publication of the first German-language monograph on the subject of assessment centers in 1992. Since then, we have managed numerous assessment projects for 10 DAX-30 companies and medium-sized enterprises in an international context with a team of permanently employed psychologists and assessment center specialists.
We believe in the two basic ideas of the assessment center: Several pairs of eyes see more than one person. Several methods back up the statements. This is always the combination of three method categories: Appreciation of the previous professional biography (e.g. through structured interviews), behavioral simulations (e.g. case study) and psychometric test procedures (e.g. on cognitive performance).
