LONGTIME SPECIALIST FOR SINGLE ASSESSMENT CENTER

The core competence of Obermann Consulting is the execution of Individual Assessment Centers (EAC). Mostly as a final step for the last one to three applicants for sales and management positions. For more than 25 years, we have assisted medium-sized companies, small businesses and DAX-30 corporations in making good selection and staffing decisions in > 1,000 individual assessments. The difference to the AC in the individual assessment is that the focus is only on one participant at a time with basically similar content – more planning flexibility, confidentiality and avoidance of competitive situations. The methodological core in the individual assessment is in each case a structured interview based on the approach of biographical questions. We attach importance to a high degree of structuring with the so-called 4th level. It has been proven that one of the drivers for high accuracy in the interview is that it is determined in advance how possible answers are to be evaluated. We have a variety of stimulating business cases and behavioral simulations available that make performance levels transparent in a comparable and standardized form. It is important to us to create an appreciative atmosphere and deal with people on an equal footing.

1-DAY INDIVIDUAL ASSESSMENT

The individual assessment shows the development potential through the repetition exercise with intermediate feedback. In the simulated group exercise with role players, competencies in managing teams become transparent.

The virtual assessment is only available in remote form and maximizes observer time.  Approximately three participants are possible per day.
